MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Portrait Session:
The client is guaranteed a 20-minute photography session. The session includes a selection of backdrops and props available at the studio.

Cancellation/Postponement:
Sessions are non-refundable. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled date, provided that a 48-hour notice is given for any postponements or cancellations. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.

Weather:
If inclement weather affects the session, the Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest mutually available date without additional charges.

Cooperation/No-Shows:
Due to the short shooting window, the client must arrive 10 minutes early (the reserved time is your arrival time). The photographer is not responsible for the client's or key individuals' lack of cooperation or failure to appear. Upon arrival, the Client should hang out in the waiting area and ensure they are ready to be called.

Copyright:
All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Rustic Reflections Photography. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the photographer retains the right to use the images for marketing, social media, and website purposes.

Client’s Usage:
The client will receive digital images for personal use only. These images may not be sold, licensed, or used for any commercial purpose without the explicit written consent of Rustic Reflections Photography.

Pricing & Payment:
A payment of $120 is required upon reservation to secure your session. The session fee includes studio rental, the 20-minute photoshoot, and up to 10 digital images. After viewing your online gallery, you will have the option to purchase additional images.

Liability:
The photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the session. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Final Delivery:
Final edited digital images will be delivered to the Client via an online gallery within 4-8 weeks of the session date. Any additional editing requests after the final delivery may incur additional fees.

Model Release:
By signing this agreement, the Client grants permission to Rustic Reflections Photography to use their likeness in photographs for promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, print, and website content. If the Client does not agree, they must notify the Photographer in writing before the session begins.
